Do I need to shoot ProRes, or do these LUTs work with normal iPhone videos too?
Important:
These LUTs only work with Apple Log footage. They won’t work on normal iPhone videos.
How do you know if your video is Apple Log?
Super simple:
If your video looks flat, grey and low-contrast → it’s Apple Log.
If it looks normal and colourful → it’s not Log.
If your footage isn’t Log, these LUTs won’t apply correctly — because normal iPhone videos already come pre-coloured and baked in.
These LUTs are designed for Apple Log footage, and Apple Log can be recorded in either ProRes or HEVC (H.265) with apps such as Blackmagic camera. The colour result will be the same no matter which one you choose.
Are these LUTs beginner-friendly?
Absolutely.
These LUTs convert Apple Log to a clean, cinematic look with one click. You don’t need to be a colour grading expert – just apply the LUT, adjust exposure and saturation if needed, and you’re done.
Can I use these LUTs for client or commercial work?
Yes. Your purchase includes full usage rights for personal, commercial, paid and client projects. No extra licence needed.
How do I install the LUTs?
After purchase, you’ll receive a quick-start PDF showing how to install and use the LUTs in DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro. The whole process takes less than a minute.
